WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
We are based in Perth Australia, however we do ship interstate.

WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping for interstate normally costs about $10. Although large and heavy items are more expensive (including looms). Shipping for Spinning wheels is included in the price for Australian orders.  Dyeing4Ewe is not responsible for any taxes or government charges.

ARE YOUR DYES ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY?
Yes they are! We use Greener Shades dyes. Greener Shades is a non-hazardous, non-chrome dye. Formulated without the use of hazardous metals, Greener Shades provides all the wash-fastness and light-fastness of the traditional acid dye without relying on metal compounds!

DO WE DO REFUNDS?

DO YOU ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS?

Yes, we do ship overseas however the shipping prices are higher.
