This amazingly soft 100% silk roving comes from the thrums left when weaving Sari’s.
This colour is hard to capture. To my eye it’s slightly more purple in real life (still predominantly pink)
This roving is stunning soft and spins into a slightly textured yarn best played with a plain colour of your choice.
This could also be blended with some wool or alpaca to give the most stunning pop of colour.
Please note: if you are having trouble spinning this roving try starting at the other end as they seem to be much easier from one end.
